India Circus is a retail experience, in the lifestyle and home-decor domain, that aims to offer a distinct identity of a contemporary India. An identity that is securely rooted in both its rich traditional past and the current influences of western culture brought on by globalization. India Circus is a brand where this apparent contradiction is bridged. Designing, discovering and advancing a contemporary Indian aesthetic for the home is at the centre of our vision.

India has long been used by the West as a manufacturing and sourcing hub for leading fashion brands and avant-garde design houses across the world. While India’s local indigenous arts and crafts, that have come to define its culture, despite all their magnificent colours and textures have usually been archaic in their design sensibility. India Circus is a group of young Indians who plan to change this by assisting India to establish itself as a contender on the international design stage.
